Starting as an intern at a small CPA firm, he honed his skills and eventually graduated to roles in regional CPA firms, where he spearheaded numerous accounting consulting services. After obtaining his CPA and starting the firm in 2010, Tosin continued gaining invaluable experience in midsize firms before making a CPA firm M&A transaction of his own in 2014, the first of many. This journey has equipped him with the insight to collaborate effectively with midsize businesses and regional leaders, solidifying his reputation as a trusted leader with a vast understanding of analytical procedures involved in solving strategic problems in the financial services industry.
